It is impossible to help others without taking care of yourself. This is something I know…and something I struggle greatly with. I want to give myself away, but that leaves me with nothing left to give and feeling very small.
My life has changed. For better or worse, my life has changed. Today and each day forward I am doing my best to make the decision to make today even greater for a better tomorrow.
